DescriptionGAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a creative, team-oriented, and motivated Land Development Project Engineer to join our Community Development Business Sector. They will be responsible for preparing engineering design calculations and construction plans to directly support residential, commercial, and roadway developments, including site grading, stormwater, utility design, and details and preparation, write drainage and utility reports. This position can be remote or hybrid from our Homestead or Cranberry, Pennsylvania, or Jacksonville, Florida offices and is eligible for a sign-on bonus.Responsibilities: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesFlorida land development permitting experience requiredAssisting with proposal and report generationAbility to cultivate new client relationshipsThe successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work and interface well in a collaborative and detail-oriented project team environment.
