*Description* *Specialization:*Cardiology Non Invasive *Job Summary:*Austin Heart is recruiting a non-invasive cardiologist to join our team in La Grange, TX. *Qualified Candidates:* * Board certified/eligible non-invasive cardiologist* A good mix of both inpatient/outpatient * Start date: 2023* Licensed in the state of Texas or ability to obtain* Practicing at the La Grange office with one other full-time non-invasive cardiologist and 4 specialty related cardiologists (CHF, sleep, Vein, Structural/Interventional) * Practice phone call only of ~1:2, no hospital consults *Incentive/Benefits Package:* * HCA/St. David's Healthcare employed opportunity* Competitive salary* Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with matching* Occurrence-based malpractice insurance *About Austin Heart and Heart Hospital of Austin:* * Austin Heart is the largest cardiology group in Central Texas with 43 physicians, 35 APP's and 225 employees.* We have been serving the community for over 25 years in our 14 full time offices covering a service area of the size of the state of Maryland.* We have a mature, robust structural program, cardiac MR and adult congenital, in addition to an active LVAD/ECMO and advanced heart failure program. Austin Heart offers comprehensive clinical services including a strong research program.* Heart Hospital of Austin, which is part of St. David’s HealthCare, is a 72-bed hospital and one of the highest-performing cardiovascular facilities in the nation, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.* It features a comprehensive 24-hour emergency department; an advanced Executive Wellness Program; six operating rooms (ORs), including three hybrid ORs; three catheterization labs; and electrophysiology services. La Grange, this friendly town, which sits on the bank of the Colorado River among dense forests and undulating hills, is both lively and scenic. La Grange’s central location, within an hour and a half of Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, makes it easily accessible to most major cities in Texas.
