The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Achieve sales and business objectives for assigned brands/indications through customer interactions via 1:1, group selling activity and supporting execution of Medical Education within the designated territory Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & critical thinking in order to deliver customer value. Become an authority in identifying key growth opportunities for the specified region/customer group, and how to optimally plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan. Become an acknowledged expert within assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive landscape, reimbursement policy and regulatory). Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position products, technical and educational support, as well as the resources of our patient support program, based on customer needs, and in alignment with our compliance guidelines. Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access to consolidate plans directed at addressing customer and organizational needs.
