Could you be the full-time hybrid Deputy Project Manager in Deputy Project Manager we’re looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, quality assurance, customer service), coordinating project schedules and resources, and much more." We’ll look to you for: Follow up with internal teams to discuss project priorities, deadlines, and conduct risk assessments, Serve a pivotal role as Customer Interface , Support Project scheduling to ensure the activities are up to date with WBS and Detailed Program Schedule, Participate in program reviews to finalize and execute Program Management Plan , Forecast delays and communicate information to management including PM, Provide support in resource planning, Responsible for Program Launch, Participate in reviews to ensure product deliverables meet DFQ gates All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Additional experience may substitute for a degree, 3 years of experience or understanding of Project Management or similar related experience, with a preference for Agile experience, Knowledge of transportation industry, specifically in train control is preferred, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, Proficiency in serving as a Customer Interface and managing stakeholder communications, Strong documentation skills for supporting Release package and preparing presentations Valid US Passport required due to periodic travel to Australia and Sweden.
