Job Details Job Id: 4673 Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Location: Statesville, NC Travel: None Job Summary Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements Work closely with warehouse manager to manage production, staffing, performance, schedules, and inventory levels. Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the department . Effectively lead and delegate to department associates. Coordinate and effectively communicate daily transactions with warehouse manager. Contribute to continuous improvement process. Ensure safety of team members. Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area. Must be able to work in cooler temperatures. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements. Microsoft Office experience is required. SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required. Prior warehouse supervisory experience is required. Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Other duties as assigned.
