Dental Treatment Coordinator -Greet and sear patients in a friendly manner. -Discuss any diagnosed treatment & assess same-day treatment/conversion. -Discuss payment arrangements & options with patient including Care Credit and Scratchpay. -Responsible for verifying correct paperwork is completed and saved into patient's chart: treatment plan signed, consent forms completed. etc. -Collect and post payments and record receipts. -Follow up on any uncompleted treatment plans: call off reports. -Dental knowledge, and more importantly, an understanding of the dental philosophy of the dentist. -Excellent communication skills, poise, professional appearance, and a special ability to 'get a kick' out of having patients accept treatment without being pushy. -Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through. -Knowledge of the dental insurance game, to help patients use and understand their benefits. -Self-confidence to be able to ask a patient to complete needed treatment plans with eye-to-eye contact. -Offer patients and ask for the patient to commit to a payment arrangement, if needed. -Offer positive attitude and enthusiasm for the positive effect good dentistry has on the patient. -Ability to think on his or her feet, on the fly, and with little preparation. -Brand awareness in the community. We are growing! The ideal candidate is an upbeat, professional and reliable person who is looking to work in a multi-specialty office who sees patients of all ages. COVID19 We provide proper PPE for all team members and have high infection control standards. Our team and our patients are the #1 priority. We are doing covid screenings, patients check in from their vehicles and at this time we are only allowing the patient into the building (unless under the age of 5, elderly, or have any type of special needs).
