This position will provide a variety of business management, problem-solving, customer service, insurance, and trouble-shooting duties to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently. The Office Manager is a vital role in the daily operations and the overall productivity of the practice. What we seek: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous dental office manager experience preferred Strong leadership skills Customer Service experience Articulate, detailed and service-oriented individuals Team players Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to make decisions independently Demonstrated multitasking abilities and the ability to take initiative in all areas of the clinic Excellent customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software Patient Care Hours Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Powered by JazzHR
