Description:
Our periodontal practice is looking for a positive outgoing and compassionate full-time dental hygienist with great communication skills to help us provide friendly, quality care for our patients. Our office has all the proper PPE available. Mondays: 7:30-4:30 pm. Tuesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Thursday: 7:30 am-3:30 pm Friday: 7:30 am-3:00 pm Position Responsibilities Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's systematic health, teeth, bone, periodontal tissues and communicate findings to periodontist Document and educate patient on any abnormalities or suspected conditions Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including but not limited to, quality x-rays, periodontal charting, fluoride, scaling and root planing, dental prophylaxis and periodontal supportive maintenance therapy. Educate patients on excellent oral hygiene techniques Maintain the highest level of professional standard of care requirements Be involved at morning huddles Pay range-$48-53 per hour(depending on experience) Benefits Vacation Pay 401K Continuing Education Health insurance available Position Requirements: Valid Dental Hygienist License in the state of Illinois Certificate in Local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide(preferred) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $48 - $53 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
