A great opportunity exists for a dental front desk manager! With 13 years in business, this TCU area practice has wonderful patients and is looking for another integral piece to its team. Eaglesoft is used as the practice software. Great systems are in place to accept an eager individual. 2 hygiene and single doctor practice. Patients are seen 4 days per week with the schedule being Monday - Thursday followed by Tuesday-Friday alternating weeks. A retirement plan is available. Bonus system and paid holidays. Responsibilities:• Patient communication (confirm and schedule patients)• File insurance claims• Insurance claim check deposits• Take payments• Make treatment plans• Schedule treatment• Create and have the patient sign consent• Check and respond to emails and messages Qualifications:• Prefer 2+ years experience• Good communication skills• Enjoy working as a team Compensation: $20 - 25/hour About Company: We are a general dental office that provides expanded treatments from basic dentistry to clear aligners to wisdom teeth removal and implant placement. In business for 13+ years, we serve the TCU and surrounding areas. Located 2 blocks from the TCU campus, we are in a great centralized spot in Fort Worth. Our patients truly are ‘the best’. Pay is competitive and employment includes options for retirement plan funding. We work 4-day weeks alternating between Tuesday through Friday and Monday through Thursday weeks.
