We are looking for our Demi Chef de Partie: Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare Who builds excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care With previous experience as an experienced Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie As our Demi Chef de Partie, you will receive: Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
