Eager to start work early in the morning and make it home by dinner?SPS Ventures, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is adding part-time and full-time Delivery Drivers in Shawnee, KS (just south-west of Kansas City) to complete last mile deliveries in our box trucks. HOURS & COMPENSATION: Anticipated Schedule: Full-time is four days a week (including at least one weekend day) and 8-11-hour shifts starting around 5 AM Can accommodate Part-Time (two to three days a week, 8-11 hour shifts) Starting Hourly Wage: Certified Box Truck Drivers: $19.25/hr, Van Drivers $18.25, Helpers positions also available. Benefits include: Paid time off (PTO), health insurance, overtime, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. We are a top performing Amazon DSP and want you to grow with us! Each day we only deliver 30-60 packages! (and yes, it's still an 8+ hour day!) These packages are generally large in dimension and may be heavier than 85 lbs, so more time is spent at each stop. We are making Kansas City better one delivery at a time! We hire team members who are confident in their physical ability, who work well with others and who are focused on doing the best job possible. Having less packages means you'll have the ability to offer a keen attention to detail and stellar customer service all the while still achieving an 8+/hour day! QUALIFICATIONS No CDL required but must have Class E license for Missouri residents Drivers must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets within the last 3 years). Licensed for 3+ years Physical ability to exit/enter vehicle 40+ times a day, use stairs, and lift up to 85 lbs, up to 50 lbs for Van Drivers Willingness to complete a drug test and motor vehicle records check Ability to effectively operate a GPS on a smartphone device We will train you and give you the skills and supplies to the best in the business!
