Family-owned and operated for three generations, our company is continuously growing - join us in providing the finest meats since 1946! Job Summary At Farmingdale Meat Market, our Delivery Drivers are the face of our company, and this role requires prompt delivery of customer orders while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal Delivery Driver candidates must value safety and quality, and demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment. Reliability, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are musts for this role. Flexible work schedule available. If you're able to work weekends, that's a plus! Responsibilities Assist production team packing orders before delivery Ensure timely delivery of customer orders Review orders prior to delivery Load and unload trucks Unload goods to customer specifications Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer Farmingdale Meat Market, Inc. reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: 1-3 years minimum or related experience Driver's license Ability to work weekend shifts Flexibility to work on-call Ability to lift orders and load and unload delivery trucks Skills General knowledge of meat products is a plus!
