Client: System software companyTitle: Deal AnalystLocation: Chicago, ILDuration: 12 MonthsTechnical Skills:Must Have1+ years' experience in an external support role. Minimum of + years' experience in an operational or business operations capacity. Salesforce system experience is required. Proficient in MS Suite and GSuite.Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of ProjectWhat You'll Do:In this role, you will assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities including quoting and generating Order Forms.The focus of this role is to partner with Deal Operations as they support Workday's Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint.The Deal Analyst (Contractor) is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, clean Order Forms and maintaining operational dashboards.Skills you need:Knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experienceAn understanding of general software pricing models, knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models a definite plusComfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible deal support for SalesHighly analytical and detail orientedTeam player: experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client facing proposalsWhat's required:Knowledge of SFDC preferred, other CRMs okGeneral knowledge of MS Word and ExcelPrior Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales or Finance experience PDN-9bd5631d-105b-43ce-94a3-67db2c1633c1
