*** $750 Commitment Bonus!! *** Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a DDTT Service Coordinator who is responsible for providing case management services and coordinating care with other service delivery systems . Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) is a mobile service that provides intensive treatment to individuals with both mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Referral to this service requires coordination with the assigned county representative for the individual. This position has the potential to become full-time with additional travel. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or another human services related field. Must have experience in the behavioral health field, with at least one year of experience in a mental health setting, one year in an ID setting, and preferably one year of experience in the provision of case management services. Required to complete the Blended Case Management training within one month of hire. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel 25-50% of the time in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.
