Join our client’s IT Team in a senior capacity as a DB, Application, and Systems Analyst, playing a crucial role in managing, supporting, and enhancing critical applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, and databases. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the security, resilience, and high availability of all applications and databases. With advanced IT qualifications and expertise in the MS stack, including Office365, Share Point, and Azure SQL, you'll actively monitor and manage priority applications, contribute to comprehensive data analysis, and support dynamic reporting systems. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate experience in maintaining applications and corporate databases, ensuring their integrity, security, and fitness for purpose through patches, upgrades, and configurations. Actively monitor and manage priority applications and database systems, ensuring effective performance, availability, response times, and capacity to meet demands. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships. Contribute to comprehensive and trustworthy data and statistical analysis by capturing, analyzing, and organizing business data. Ensure the implementation of backups and verification as part of Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning DR/BCP, supporting major incident responses requiring application restoration.
