Posting Notes:2100 Douglas Way Dayton || OH 45377 Title: " style="text-align:left"> This position supports the facilities/maintenance department through administrative and technical responsibilities. This role touches on all aspects of the facilities department, from inventory control and ordering parts to invoicing and creating purchase orders as well as contacting vendors for service and support. This position is the backbone of our operation and key to the success of the maintenance team to efficiently and effectively maintain the facility. Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls and assist vendors with invoicing/supply issues. Create and maintain a filing system of department records and safety compliance records Purchase maintenance supplies and/or parts Maintain inventory and conduct cycle counts as required Receive parts and enter in inventory software Create and issue purchase orders as directed Creates and relays work orders as directed by leadership, reports on completion progress Tracks preventive maintenance work orders and reports on completion progress Schedule and track routine inspections pertaining to the maintenance of the facility Ensures data accuracy for all documents and reports Create, maintain, and distribute various departmental reports as needed Onboard new vendors as required Greet vendors when they arrive Partner with LP for vendor access when necessary Work with accounts payable to create, process, troubleshoot purchase orders/invoices Track supply inventory and orders Performs other duties as assigned Use Microsoft suite products, Oracle and Sprocket daily Minimum Requirements: Communicates in English effectively and professionally, both written and verbally Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power point. Ability to self-motivate and follow through on tasks. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Must be able to work independently as well as within a team. Ability to be flexible in job duties. Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple people.
