Role: Maintenance Engineer Shifts: Monday – Friday Days Location: Park Royal, London Salary: £40,000 – 42,000pa Synergi are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to support the production environment within a snack food manufacturer. Duties Carrying out breakdown repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment, installation, improvements and modifications to maximise plant performance and maintain equipment to the required standard. To improve plant availability, life cycle costs and efficiency. To carry out all engineering work to a high engineering, quality, safety and hygiene standards. To provide full technical engineering support to the production function working as part of a multi-functional team. Experience Minimum 3 years previous engineering experience and knowledge of process/FMCG equipment min 3 years Formal engineering qualification to at least City & Guilds level, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical discipline with corresponding practical experience Essential Food experience desirable but not essential18th Edition wiring Regs desirable Train the Trainer desirable PM tool experienceessential Lean tools and techniques desirable Multi skilled Engineer essential PLC experience desirable.
