Daycare Preschool Teacher Qualifications: Minimum age: 22 Has previous experience with Preschool Age in a licensed daycare facility Familiar with CCQS, ECERS and Connect 4 Learning Great classroom management. Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively Driver's License is a plus Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred) CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors Able to assume postures at low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English 20+ hours of annual childcare training will be provided/required 1+ year Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred) Compensation to commensurate with experience and education.
