Day/ Night Support Co-ordinator- Disabilities Accommodation Services- Camden9am-5.30pm Umbrella rate: £14.40 - £17.83 per hour Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Co-ordinator looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Triage Officer to join the Children & Young Persons Services based in Camden. The role: To work with adults with disabilities in a busy supported living service environment. Participate in care planning, monitoring and review process. To ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults. To ensure independence is promoted in their daily lives. To follow organisational policies and procedures. Participate in organising and leading activities in the community and service. Making use of the local community, to meet planned goals and outcomes when supporting people with disabilities live their lives. Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in relevant qualification. Experience with adults with learning disabilities. Manual handling training. Be available days/nights, weekends and bank holidays.
