Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Data Link Operator (DLO) Tactical Data Link (TDL) Subject Matter Expert (SME). Location: Lackland/Joint Base San Antonio, TX PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Data Link Operator (DLO) will support the 616 Operation's Center (OC) Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC), conducting data link operations supporting 16 AF initiatives that enable and enhance Air Force National-Tactical Integration (AF-NTI) Operations with capabilities including integration, testing, training, and TTP development for Command & Control (C2) & Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) Common and Tactical Data Link (CDL / TDL) systems. This person is also responsible for 1) planning, designing, and operating Tactical Data Systems (TDS), networks, and architectures supporting Link 16, AF-DCGS, AF-NTI, and 16 AF operations; and 2) providing subject matter expertise on a variety of technical aspects including operational execution, systems support, and data analysis. This position may require shift work. Minimum Skills Required: Current SSBI Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance / access Possess understanding of Command-and-Control Systems and Link 16 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must pass and maintain 616 OC/JICC TDL certification Experience in an intelligence discipline Ability to work independently and with a team Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent communications and writing skills; to include experience with technical and professional writing Possess strong organizational skills and have ability to manage multi-tasking Desired Qualifications/Experience JT301 or JT310 Certification plus 5 years' experience in C2 weapons systems or Certification and BS degree with less than 5 years' experience in C2 weapons systems. AFMAN 33-285 IAT Level II cybersecurity baseline certification. This includes one of the following: GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Security+, Security+ Continuing Education (Security+ CE), System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate-Security (CCNA-Security).
