SUMMARY: In this position you will be responsible for entering data to order lighting materials for all scheduled deliveries and ensuring it is received in accordance with the appropriate delivery date. Problem solving and correcting any and all purchasing/receiving errors. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: Orders all lighting materials Tracks orders Works with vendors to ensure material is received and available for delivery Prepares daily and weekly reports Follows up on discrepancies Maintains correct data in the system SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving ability Experience in Excel preferred Must possess strong written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task High School diploma/GED required Attention to detail BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401K Paid Holidays Vacation and Personal Time Employee appreciation events On-site gym facilities "Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
