Elle Seller we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database, in addition to providing exceptional customer service. Salary: $700 - $1200 /week Job Type: Full-timeOn site Job Location: Houston, TX THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry of customer information into our database Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction Generate reports and maintain documentation regarding customer interactions Assist with order processing and billing inquiries Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including health insurance, flexible hours, and paid vacation.
