Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are a fast-growing company that is currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk is an office position responsible for managing a record-keeping database for various items related to company job sites. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication and data entry skills. Job Description Inputs record-keeping by job site, type and use to ensure timely reporting in the database Assist with subcontract certified payroll processing, forwarding to appropriate FDOT personnel Assists in maintaining and establishing Excel Spreadsheets to track various forms of data Assist with maintaining third party databases Aiding the Accounting department in data entry and additional administrative tasks/errand running as needed Required Qualifications Exceptional problem-solving and accurate data entry skills Organization, time management skills and attention to detail a must Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred Qualifications Data entry and tracking/record-keeping experience 2-3 years of experience with tracking/record-keeping databases Pay and Benefits $15-$20 per hour based on experience.
