Impact Health USA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Enter and update employee data accurately and efficiently into our HR information system Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed Support HR team with various administrative tasks Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in data entry or a similar role preferred Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Why Join Impact Health USA?
