ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT: The Data Developer, Engineer role is to design, plan, implement, coordinate, architect, monitor, and maintain our robust data architecture to support the organization’s data needs. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a data architecture blueprint for the organization. This individual will oversee testing of the interoperability of data modules under development in-house, commercial off-the-shelf software, and external third party software. MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures to support business requirements Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and structures for optimal performance Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and reliability Implement data security measures and enforce data privacy policies Orchestrate integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units and development teams Design and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move and transform data between systems Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve data synchronization issues Integrate.
