Now Hiring:- Case Management Nurse- Data Coordinator- Dental Hygienist (Full or Part Time) - Medical Records ScannerSummary: The Medical Records/Scanner will interact with the physicians, nurses and other medical staff to ensure accuracy and proper documentation is being created to ensure proper documentation. Duties will also include scanning paper medical records into the EMR and linking those records to an existing electronic account, as well as sending patient medical records when requested from other entities or from patients. This position will manage detailed, specifically health information all while maintaining patient confidentiality and information security records by scanning pertinent medical records information into the patients record. Responsible for the clinic’s records and scanning for dental. The Medical Records/Scanner may be asked to assist the behavioral health providers scanning and medical records when needed. Creating and managing Xcel Spreadsheets. Pulling or Providing Data. Providing general medical administrative duties. Performs other related job duties as assigned by supervisor.- Patient Access RepresentativeSummary: The Patient Access Representative (PAR) is the Clinic’s first point of contact with patients, volunteers, community partners and the general public. The PAR always presents a professional manner and is a welcoming voice into the Clinic.
