Position Summary: North America Information Management Cybersecurity Operations manages the local team's operational performance and activities. Ensure synergies are attained, central Cyber services are operating at the expected level, local cyber risks are managed and overall Airbus Infrastructure is aligned with Airbus cybersecurity standards. The focus of the Manager is in the areas of critical assets, Data Protection, public key infrastructure, and security foundations. This position can be based in Herndon, VA OR Mobile, AL OR Wichita, KS OR Miami,FL Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of the region's cybersecurity solutions : 6 0 % Manage the organization's security analysts (via external 3rd party and/or Airbus managed services) Deploy and manage Airbus cybersecurity standard tools and services throughout the region Maintain alignment and synergies with cybersecurity products and services offered in Europe Work with regional IM business partners, Domain Leaders, and Management to ensure smooth deployment of all services with appropriate level of capacity and performance for all related products and services Participate and drive Airbus supplier improvement in Airbus supplier reviews Support Cybersecurity evolution and transformation efforts 20 % Responsible for evolving the IM cybersecurity tooling and platforms over time and implementing new features and functionality Manage People : 1 0 % Provide guidance and direction for direct reports Complete the annual performance review cycle including goals & objections, performance reviews, and merit/bonus activities Track the performance of supplier personnel using contracted KPIs and SLAs, initiate recommendations for supplier improvements aligned with contractual agreements Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 10 % Create and maintain the enterprise's security architecture design and standards Create and maintain the enterprise's security documents Collaborate with global IM support functions to develop and improve standards Ensure compliance with Airbus IM standards, cybersecurity standards, and cybersecurity requirements Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: Required: College diploma or university degree Preferred: College diploma or university degree in a field of computer science, information management, or cybersecurity Experience: Required: 10 or more years relevant work experience in the fields of Information Management or Cybersecurity Licensure/Certifications: Preferred: One or more of the following certifications: ITIL GIAC Security Essentials Certification GIAC Security Leadership Certification ISACA Certified Information Security Manager Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (ISC)2 SCCP (ISC)2 CISSP (ISC)2 ISSAP Active Directory or SCCM related technologies Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Required: Proficiency in English Preferred: Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish Technical Systems Proficiency: Preferred: Experience in managing service providers Required: Technical Knowledge in the operations of one or more of the following Cybersecurity technologies: Antivirus / Antimalware Data Loss Prevention Digital Certificates and Public Key Infrastructure Storage Encryption Email Encryption Network Detection and Response Endpoint Detection and Response Identity Security Application Whitelisting Weakness Management Preferred: Deep Technical Knowledge in the following specific Cybersecurity products and services: McAfee Antivirus Symantec Antivirus Microsoft Bitlocker Forcepoint FireEye HX ITSM / ServiceNow Nagios Cyberark Microsoft Applocker Preferred: ITIL Certification Travel Required: 1 0-20% Domestic and International Decision Making, Complexity: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes and the development of new attacks and threat vectors. Select and acquire additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security as per the enterprise's existing procurement processes. Oversee the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise's security documents specifically. Coordinate product upgrades with multi-national teams and local change boards May survey customers to determine the quality of products and services in an effort to improve delivery Direct Reports: Exempt:  2 Non-exempt : 0 Job Dimensions, Contributions to Success: Manage Cybersecurity software deployed to every workstation and server in North America Maintain strong relationship and alignment with Product Service Line owners in Europe Influences decisions and solutions on both services and products Interfaces with local, national, and international peers within the IM organization and management teams Collaboratively informs IM managers / business partners on any service or product changes Update the Head of Cybersecurity on progress related to annual goals and objectives Manage Cybersecurity operations for more than 10,000 devices across North America Provide Cybersecurity support and solutions across Airbus in North America Airbus Americas, Inc. Airbus Helicopters, Inc. Airbus Helicopters Canada Airbus Helicopters Mexico Airbus Canada This position has input to budget responsibility for all North American Cybersecurity Operations Nature of Contacts: Internal: All North American employees with communications on changes and updates to cybersecurity products and services External / Negotiating: Supplier and contract manager relationships Communications:IM Business Partners across North America Physical Requirements: Includes: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Sitting, Standing, Squatting/Kneeling, Walking, Speaking, Hearing, Vision, Manual Dexterity, Travel.
