The salary for this positon is dependent upon experience and location.Location: Vancouver, WASalary: $111,544.00 to $139,431.00The AVANGRID RENEWABLES Cyber Security OT Systems Manager is responsible for the ongoing administration, support, and procurement of the OT and Cyber Security related systems and applications used to achieve the operational objectives of the Avangrid Renewables Remote Operations and Control Systems (RO&CS) group. This critical function plays a significant role in the achievement of organizational Cyber/OT objectives as well as the performance of federal regulatory requirements and controls. As such, it is organized within the Reliability Assurance division of the RO&CS group. Primary Responsibilities : Oversee the administration and support of all OT systems and applications within the Avangrid Renewables OT/Cyber environment. Support the functionality of the systems and tools used in the remote operation of the Avangrid Renewables fleet of generating assets. Manage the procurement process for new and replacement Cyber/OT systems. Ensure alignment of Cyber/OT systems and application functionality with the regulatory obligations of Avangrid Renewables. Coordinate Cyber/OT systems performance with the objectives and requirements of the Iberdrola Renewables Global Cybersecurity Office. Create policy for systems integration and interface requirements with external parties. Identify vulnerabilities within the Avangrid Renewables cyber security program and work to mitigate impacts from potential cyber events. Lead the response to potential or real cyber incidents on behalf of compromised systems and applications to prevent impacts to the business and operation. Ensure effective regulatory compliance to the North American Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards by providing guidance to support and enhance operational business unit's risk management, Cyber, Information, Physical and Personnel Security programs. Prepare for, coordinate, and support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations. Maintain awareness of emerging utility industry issues through benchmarking and participation in appropriate utility forums/groups. Education/Skills/Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years' experience in the electric utility industry. 5+ years' experience in OT / cyber security capacity. Demonstrated prior experience in managing or coordinating long term projects. Demonstrated experience creating procedures and program documentation. Ability to engage with other critical security related entities and industry specialists.
