We are seeking a Client Support Specialist, fluent in English and Spanish, to provide excellent support to our customers by analyzing and identifying concerns and promoting the best possible product solutions. This is not a call center opportunity! Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hybrid role with work from home flexibility Responsibilities Process incoming customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using technology (EDI, chat, phone, e-mail, etc.) Incumbent will spend approximately 2 to 3 hours per day interacting with customers by telephone. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability. Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions. Participate on team calls and meetings in the office and via web camera. Ability to work overtime as requested. Display a desire for continued professional development. React positively to change and Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred; t hree years related experience in an industrial (manufacturing, production, or distribution) work environment and/or equivalent education, training, and experience. Good verbal and written communications skills - fluency in English and Spanish required. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Team player able to assist in other areas as needed. Ability to work independently from a home office environment that is free from distraction. High-speed reliable internet access. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
