As the Production Planner/Scheduler you will liaise between the UK product line team and their customers, addressing customers’ needs and concerns quickly and effectively to develop and maintain strong relationships. Finding solutions to issues by pro-actively engaging with multiple internal stakeholders and updating customers with the outcome. The main responsibilities for the Customer Success Manager job based in Fareham, Hampshire: Work closely with the internal sales team and other business functions throughout the bid process, to ensure requirements have been captured and bids have correctly structured milestones, are compliant with facility capacity, capability and the organisation’s quality management system. Manage incoming customer purchase orders, leading the contract review process for purchase orders in accordance with company procedures. Ensuring orders are compliant to quotation and all requirements have been fully captured. When contract review passed, uploading the orders into the ERP system, with matching milestones to the bid and the order. Planning support - working with procurement, engineering, quality and production teams to generate plans to form the basis of customer purchase order acknowledgements. A successful candidate for the Customer Success Manager job based in Fareham, Hampshire will have: Experience of working within the Aerospace or Automotive market sectors in an Internal.
