( This role is local to Houston and the candidate must have prior customer success or account management experience with a technology or software company) As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the customer lifecycle of our B2B SaaS products. We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in customer success or account management, ready to use their skills to make a significant impact on our customers' experience and the success of our software products. Key Responsibilities: Act as the go-to person for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently Maintain regular communication with customers through email and phone Conduct quarterly business reviews to address concerns, assess additional training needs, and gather feedback on software improvements Drive new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Collaborate closely with Customer Support and Implementation Teams to resolve customer concerns Follow up diligently to guarantee all questions and requests are addressed Effectively communicate enhancement requests to the product and development teams Lead customer education initiatives, including webinars and new version release guides Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or MIS 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role at a SaaS company (preferred) Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk software, and marketing automation tools Strong entrepreneurial and B2B marketplace skills Demonstrated success in retaining customers and ensuring their success Tech-savvy, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in building processes and understanding SaaS industry best practices Proficiency in creating performance metrics and KPIs to predict churn and other customer metrics Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail Authorized to work in the United States (we do not sponsor visas) Located in or willing to relocate to Houston About ConvergePoint: Headquartered in Houston, TX, ConvergePoint is a rapidly expanding software company and the leading provider of compliance software solutions on Office 365 Microsoft SharePoint.
