Commission and Bonus Eligible - Upon RequestResponsibilities include:Being the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developingrelationships with key decision makers and maintaining a focus on driving business valuefrom onboarding through renewal.Utilize SalesForce CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging callsand relevant notes.Lead customer training sessions as part of onboarding and ongoing product adoption.Act as a communications liaison between service, sales and clients.Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of theirbusiness needs and helping them achieve their objectives using our products andservices.Provide clients with information and assistance regarding product updates and newfeatures.Continuously demonstrate and communicate Preferred Business Systems core values.Qualifications:Effective communications skills via phone, email, and in-personExperience in a B2B company environment is a plusExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsPassion for learning new technologyValid drivers license and the ability to travel regularly to customer locations throughoutNew Jersey.Powered by JazzHR
