Excellent staff benefits also included. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:30-6:00pm. One in four Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm. When working a Saturday, you will have an additional day off midweek. Summary of Role: Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2e Commerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop. The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D products with the brand 123-3D. This vacancy sits within the customer service team, and we are looking for two talented and exceptional people to join our team and help us to maintain our amazing service to customers. This role will mainly involve answering customer queries by phone, instant chat and emails.
