A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best experience possible. Working from our office in Tampa, you will answer phones, respond to emails, and complete other necessary administrative tasks on the computer. Using your organizational skills, you maintain customer records.First and foremost, you will handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and ensure that our customers are receiving the exceptional service that we are known for. By actively listening and utilizing your product knowledge, you will answer clients' questions and make recommendations for appropriate products. Additionally, you will communicate with other team members regarding leads, opportunities, and sales. You enjoy interacting with our clients and team while keeping everything running smoothly! QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with computers and technology Exceptional communication and customer service skills Are you calm, patient, and able to empathize with others? Do you have excellent communication skills, both oral and written? Are you self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively?
