We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the Proactive Family and help deliver the Proactive experience by providing stellar service to our customers. Primary Role : Achieve sales targets by successfully developing and managing our call center / inside sales teams. Design and implement strategic plans that expand the department and ensures its continued success. Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Benefits : Health and Dental Insurance 3 Weeks Paid Time Off after first year Paid Holidays 401k with 4% Company Match Paid Training & Development Short Term Disability Life Insurance Responsibilities Include : Recruit, orient and train call center representatives to sell the company's products and services, while delivering high standard customer service. Oversee daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency. Develop and set day-to-day department objectives. Utilize and track key metrics to evaluate the performance of call center representatives to: Identity the need of ongoing training. Ensure they are working to their peak potential. Celebrate those meeting/exceeding expectations. Evaluate overall performance of the individuals, and the department. Prepare and present department operations reports to upper management. Develop call interaction / call handling procedures and policies. Address and resolve issues escalated by call center representatives. Conduct employee performance reviews. Perform quarterly capacity planning and technological evaluations to determine an action plan for improved operations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications : Previous working experience with proven success in the field of telemarketing or inside sales management: Minimum 3 years working experience in call center management without a bachelor's degree. Must provide references of relevant working experiences that we may contact. Excellent, timely communication skills; verbal and written. Superior organizational and time management skills. Creative and innovative problem-solving skills. Analytical and critical thinking skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Expected to be professional and discrete when handling sensitive or confidential information. Capable of making sound decisions based upon logic and reasoning. Driven to achieve departmental goals. Able to stay calm and flexible in stressful or fluid working situations. High energy personality and leadership qualities. Able to learn software applications and use with proficiency, accuracy, and confidence. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs. Capable of performing own duties independently with little to no supervision.
