Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered• Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: 42,000+ at plan About Company: We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA with collaboration partners across the United States.
