Job DescriptionCustomer Service Specialist temporary to hire position located in the North Shore Area. Client is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join their dynamic team of customer support professionals.Responsibilities include: * Answer inbound customer calls and provide knowledgeable responses to customer requests and questions. * Request shipping quotes * Coordinate and prepare customer orders to delivery * Process and prepare shipping labels * Perform database entry. * Participate in special projects as needed. Skills and Abilities Desired:Candidate must have high energy, and be able to handle multi-task projects. Excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and master new applications. 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
