Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the solar installation process.● Follow daily/weekly agenda to ensure task completion and the project continues movingforward.● Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. (Answer phone/emails)● Examine project plans to ensure they correspond with material procurement team and customer requests.● Communicate and provide prompt and timely updates in the organization pipeline/CRM● Oversee creation of bill of materials for each project, site capture (photograph platform), and other project requirements● Maintain printed copies of required documents for each installation job (completed weekly)● Assist in managing and maintaining additional requirements needed for installation● Other tasks as required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the solar energy industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining professional and courteous. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred. A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
