We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist to directly support our service team and ensure customer satisfaction. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST This full-time office position works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. As our Customer Service Specialist, your goal is to maximize efficiency in our service division while guaranteeing fantastic customer service. You are the frontline of our company. When clients contact us by phone or email, you respond, greeting them with warmth and professionalism and helping connect them with the information or services they need. If a customer has chosen to work with us, you help them set an appointment and provide general timing and cost information that is tailored to the work they are requesting. In addition to serving customers directly, you provide general office and scheduling support to keep everything running smoothly. Working under our director of operations, you make sure our weekly work schedule is efficient and accurate. You also obtain permits, process documents, and help out with other administrative tasks as they arise. Your satisfaction comes from supporting a fantastic team and watching our company thrive as a direct result of your hard work! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST Professional phone and computer skills Valid driver's license and a good driving record 1+ years of administrative experience is preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office products in a professional setting would be a plus!
