Position: Customer Service RepresentativeContract Details: Full-timeAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and parents. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients and parents in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner- Provide information about our programs, services, and policies- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client files- Keep up-to-date with our programs and services to provide accurate information to clients- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Enthusiastic and positive attitude- Passion for providing exceptional customer serviceWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
