Job Description: Deco ThinkTell is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to our clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle incoming customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and managing account information accurately and efficiently. Provide product and service information to clients, including pricing, features, and benefits, and make recommendations based on their needs. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to address client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and address any additional needs or concerns they may have. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
