A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in communicating with our customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our business. You handle any incoming calls, chats, or emails you receive while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. When customers inquire about their orders, you track their status and respond to any product questions with accurate information. You also handle returns or warranty questions to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. Anytime a special project or new task comes your way, you're happy to take on the challenge.
