About the Role: Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Job Description: Manage the escalated service requests of customers through different access channels. Take Inbound calls for customers calling into Escalations department. Route to appropriate area and or open a new case/complaint or escalate current case/complaint. Work flow daily 15- 20 calls and 40- 50 complaints overall to work and resolve Responsible for validating customer entitlement. Act as a customer advocate Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Preserve customer relationships and protect the business. Total customer ownership. Knowledge and Skills: Superior communication skills both written and verbal Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face Experience in de-escalations with upset customers Computer proficiency Problem solving skills Accuracy in data entry Excellent fluency in language to be supported. Education and Experience High school education or equivalent. Preferred 3-5 years applicable experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college education. Prior experience supporting consumer and or business escalations. 3-5 years working on PC with multiple applications and process flows. Location: Rio Rancho, NM Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $26,900 - $31,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
