Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: New Orleans, LA Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will serve as the face and voice of our company, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order placement, and order tracking. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent.
