We are a full service, residential roofing, windows, door, and siding company servicing Lancaster, Berks, Chester, York, and Lebanon counties. Currently we are in search of a Customer Care Representative with great customer service skills, phone etiquette, and a willingness to learn- Monday through Friday 9-5pm. The CCR answers incoming calls and makes outgoing calls, while the primary job task is booking service calls for both companies and resolving customer relations in a professional manner. As part of this responsibility, the CCR will interact with not only the customers but the field personnel, with dispatching, and managing both companies' schedule boards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
