Process new sales orders, manage account upgrades, and skillfully handle customer complaints to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our offerings and stay updated on industry developments. Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to enhance customer satisfaction, refine sales techniques, and streamline technical support. Potentially contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees based on your achievements and reputation within our organization and among clients.
