Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Compensation: $40,000 About Company: At Galaxy Toyota, we see ourselves more as part of the community rather than just another car dealership; after all, we’ve been helping people with their automotive needs for over 50 years.
