Summary: WindRiver operates several different businesses including, but not limited to, real estate, club membership, hospitality, dining, events, golf, and marina management. As Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, always being knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in your dealings with the public and your team. Responsibilities: Create a positive first impression for guests and owners by providing exceptional service Receive incoming calls on WindRiver main lines and direct to appropriate real estate professional or another department representative Respond to requests and provide customer service for Club Members Work closely and communicate effectively with all WindRiver departments and the Executive Team Provide expertise and support for WindRiver real estate and administrative departments Adhere to WindRiver's regularly updated COVID-19 response bulletin Provide other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma preferred 2 years of relevant office experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office experience preferred Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with staff and customers Strong organizational skills and general clerical skills including the use of computers, printers, copiers, electronic signatures, email, iPads, etc. Give verbal and written instructions clearly Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations
