Description:
Job Scope and Skill Set: The Customer Service Representative will assist with for the administrative support of day-to-day office functions. This position will maintain and organize the office filing system. This position will assist the Sales Team with daily tasks as needed. This position will also maintain a social media presence for CMS on all relevant platforms. They will also assist with CMS Marketing. Duties and Areas of Responsibility: Maintains customer relationships. Answers phone calls and directs them to the appropriate personnel. Processes incoming orders to customer order specifications. Assist with delivering information and updates to customers. Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person. Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals. Follow up on quotations. Prepare quotes in Epicor for existing parts. Log RFQ's in Smartsheet & create folders for existing parts. Help with tracking customer service KPI's and metrics. Keep Epicor database up-to-date and accurate. Assist with social media and marketing. Filing Travelers Scanning Other duties as assigned or as required by the position.
