Desert Foothills Plumbing has been serving the North Phoenix area for over 40 years. We specialize in residential plumbing services. We take great pride in our work providing customers with top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service on every job!We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!In this position, you will be making inbound and outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, as well as offering additional products and services. There will be some cold calling and clerical responsibilities as well. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job. Work Hours : 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required Pay Scale: $18-23 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs!
